SECTION 01
Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Get Booked Official platform at getbookedofficial.com (and any subdomains or custom domains powered by our service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies we may publish.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Get Booked Official Pvt. Ltd. ("Get Booked Official", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in India.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or your business to these Terms.

SECTION 02
Description of Service

Get Booked Official provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables hotel owners and accommodation operators ("Hotel Owners") to:

  • Create and publish a professional hotel website with a booking engine
  • Manage room inventory, pricing, and availability
  • Accept direct bookings with 0% commission (on paid plans)
  • Sync availability with third-party platforms via iCal (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, etc.)
  • List properties on Google Hotels at no additional cost
  • Connect custom domains with SSL provisioning
  • Accept payments via integrated gateway partners

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable prior notice to users.

SECTION 03
Account Registration

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to operate the hotel or accommodation you register. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately at security@getbookedofficial.com if you suspect unauthorised access
  • We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts

One Account per Property

The Starter and Pro Monthly plans are for single hotel properties. The Annual plan permits up to 5 properties. Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Hotel IDs (format: HTL-XXXXXX) are unique identifiers assigned at registration. Each room receives a sub-ID (HTL-XXXXXX-R001) for tracking and iCal sync. These IDs are permanent and cannot be changed.

Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
  • Annual plan payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until end of paid period
  • We may adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance

Free Trial

Pro Monthly plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you will be prompted to enter payment details to continue. If you do not subscribe, your account reverts to the Starter (free) plan.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 7 days. After 3 failed attempts, your account will be downgraded to the Starter plan and your custom domain will be deactivated until payment is resolved.

SECTION 05
Booking Commission

Our commission structure is straightforward and transparent:

  • Starter (Free) Plan: We charge a 15% commission on each completed booking. This is deducted automatically from the payment before disbursement to your connected bank account or wallet.
  • Pro Monthly Plan: 0% commission. You keep 100% of every booking payment (less standard payment gateway processing fees of ~2–3%).
  • Annual Plan: 0% commission on all properties covered by the plan.
ℹ️

Payment gateway fees (charged by Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal) are separate from our platform fees and are governed by those providers' terms. Typical rates are 2–3% per transaction.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refund policies for guest bookings are set by individual hotel owners. You are responsible for clearly communicating your cancellation and refund policy on your hotel website. Get Booked Official does not mediate refund disputes between hotels and guests, though we may assist in facilitating communication.

In cases of fraudulent or disputed transactions, our payment gateway partners' dispute resolution processes apply.

SECTION 06
Hotel Owner Obligations

As a Hotel Owner using our platform, you agree to:

Accuracy of Information

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information about your property, rooms, pricing, and availability
  • Maintain current photos that genuinely represent your property
  • Promptly update availability to prevent double-bookings
  • Display all mandatory fees and taxes clearly on your booking page

Legal Compliance

  • Hold all required licences, permits, and registrations to operate your accommodation
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws regarding hospitality, taxation (GST), data protection, and consumer rights
  • Collect and remit applicable taxes (GST, tourist taxes, etc.) for bookings received through your platform
  • Not use the platform to list properties you do not own or have authorisation to rent

Guest Relations

  • Honour all confirmed bookings made through your Get Booked Official website
  • Communicate your cancellation policy clearly and honour it consistently
  • Respond to guest enquiries within a reasonable timeframe
  • Not request guests to cancel confirmed bookings to rebook outside the platform on the Starter plan

Failure to honour confirmed bookings, providing materially inaccurate property descriptions, or repeated guest complaints may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

SECTION 07
Guest Bookings

Get Booked Official is a technology platform that facilitates direct bookings between Hotel Owners and guests. We are not a party to the accommodation contract between you (the hotel) and your guests.

Platform Role

  • We process payments on behalf of Hotel Owners and disburse funds less applicable fees
  • We provide booking confirmation emails to guests and hotel owners
  • We store booking records for the duration required by law
  • We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of accommodation provided by Hotel Owners

Guest Data

Guest personal data collected during booking (name, email, phone, payment details) is shared with the Hotel Owner for the purpose of fulfilling the accommodation reservation. Hotel Owners must handle guest data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute between a guest and a Hotel Owner, Get Booked Official may, at its discretion, provide assistance in resolving the matter but is under no obligation to do so. We reserve the right to issue refunds directly to guests if a Hotel Owner fails to honour a confirmed booking, with recovery sought from the Hotel Owner's pending disbursements.

SECTION 08
iCal & Third-Party Sync

Our iCal sync feature allows you to connect your room availability with third-party platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and Expedia.

  • iCal feeds are updated automatically every 15 minutes and can be triggered manually at any time
  • Each room has a unique iCal export URL in the format: getbookedofficial.com/ical/[HOTEL-ID]/calendar.ics
  • You are responsible for correctly configuring iCal import URLs in your third-party platform accounts
  • We are not responsible for sync delays caused by third-party platform caching or technical issues
  • Double-bookings that arise from misconfigured iCal settings or third-party platform delays are your responsibility

Third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) are independent services not affiliated with Get Booked Official. Their terms of service and fees apply independently. We do not guarantee the availability or reliability of third-party platform APIs.

SECTION 09
Custom Domains & Google Hotels

Custom Domains (Pro & Annual Plans)

  • Custom domain connection requires adding a CNAME and TXT verification record at your domain registrar
  • SSL certificates are provisioned automatically within 60 seconds of DNS propagation
  • You are responsible for maintaining your domain registration and DNS configuration
  • Get Booked Official will not be liable for service interruptions caused by domain expiry or DNS misconfiguration on your end
  • Upon plan downgrade or cancellation, your custom domain will be deactivated within 24 hours; your subdomain (yourhotel.getbookedofficial.com) will remain active on the Starter plan

Google Hotels Listing

  • All plans include submission to Google Hotels at no additional cost
  • Google Hotels listing is subject to Google's own policies, eligibility criteria, and review processes
  • We cannot guarantee acceptance into Google Hotels; approval is at Google's sole discretion
  • You authorise us to submit your property information and pricing to Google on your behalf
  • You must ensure all information submitted is accurate; inaccurate Google listings may result in removal by Google

SECTION 10
Intellectual Property

Our Platform

The Get Booked Official platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is owned by Get Booked Official Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written consent.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the platform (hotel descriptions, photos, room details, pricing, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Get Booked Official a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform and your hotel listing (including on Google Hotels).

  • You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to all content you upload
  • You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law without prior notice

SECTION 11
Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Get Booked Official for any of the following:

  • Listing properties you do not own or have legal authority to rent
  • Publishing false, misleading, or fraudulent hotel or room information
  • Engaging in price manipulation, fake reviews, or deceptive booking practices
  • Attempting to circumvent platform fees through off-platform re-booking arrangements
  • Uploading content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights
  • Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or other financial crimes
  • Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the platform without authorisation
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble platform code
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorised third parties
  • Using automated tools to generate fake bookings or spam guest communications

Violation of these prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, termination without refund, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

SECTION 12
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service Disclaimers

The Get Booked Official platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or availability of third-party services including Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Hotels, payment processors, or domain registrars. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Get Booked Official shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, bookings, or profits arising from platform downtime or technical issues
  • Double-bookings arising from iCal sync delays or third-party platform issues
  • Loss or corruption of data
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind
  • Actions or omissions of Hotel Owners towards their guests

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 13
Termination

Termination by You

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Account → Close Account. Upon closure:

  • Your hotel website and booking page will be taken offline within 24 hours
  • Pending bookings will continue to be processed; you remain responsible for honouring them
  • Pending disbursements will be issued within 7 business days to your registered payment account
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days, except booking records retained for legal compliance

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect and without refund if you:

  • Violate any provision of these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct
  • Fail to pay subscription fees after 3 billing attempts
  • Receive repeated substantiated complaints from guests

Where possible, we will provide 7 days' written notice before termination except in cases of fraud, illegal activity, or immediate harm to platform users.

SECTION 14
Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act 2019, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

  • Informal resolution: We encourage you to contact us first at legal@getbookedofficial.com. Most issues can be resolved within 5 business days.
  • Mediation: If informal resolution fails, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before proceeding to arbitration or litigation.
  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes not resolved by the above methods shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], India.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws that provide rights beyond those stated here, those rights are not limited by these Terms.
